I have ordered from this brand for years now and I have noticed that their quality has gone down. I ordered the REESE T-Shirt and it stated 100% cotton on the website, however, the make was 97% cotton and 3% spandex. I know it is not much but misleading. They do make 100% cotton stretch shirts and they are a lot better quality and they were somewhat cheaper ($70 compared to $50). Overpriced for what you get. Although, the clothing looks nice.

been emailing them and they don’t respond nor help. i email them saying i cant track it and all they say is it’s on its way ! which isn’t much help… been trying to contact them and all they respond with is u contacted us outside of our business hours. still never get back to me. now today i get a email saying my order cant be shipped because it’s the wrong address. which i have bought a couple times before and it hasn’t been a problem. same address for everything. super disappointed. you guys haven’t helped me with anything .
Most of the things that I wanted were in stock in my size so it was very nice. I also thought their website was very well put together.
I love everything from I am Gia, the quality is great, the shipping is fast, and they’re always coming out w new items that I wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else
The dress is probably amazing, the thing that was super disappointing was customer service. You couldn’t reach anybody, not through email, especially not over the phone. The closest I got to talking to somebody was through Instagram but even then they were so vague.

I love I.am.gia, but the sizing is so inconsistent! Not only that, they don’t include the length and dimension of the clothing to make sure it’s a perfect fit.
I have not received my item yet and it’s been 3 weeks. I have emailed you guys asking about my item and I have yet to receive a response.
The pants are super cute but I went by the size guide and they are still too big on me :(
I rated a low star due to still not receiving my package. I still don’t have a tracking number and I bought the product a month ago. I love this site so much but has horrible shipping times and doesn’t keep up with shipment tracking either
